Job summary

Instacart is seeking a CX Shopper Vendor Management professional to empower Shoppers and improve service quality. You will leverage data-driven insights and work with a network of BPO partners to drive efficiency and process improvements across the shopper support ecosystem.

In a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will help build scorecards, dashboards, and operational trackers that provide real-time visibility into vendor health and enable actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 4 years in project coordination, customer support ops, or BPO roles.
• Strong data analysis to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
• Availability to work Eastern

Responsibilities

• Monitor BPO vendor performance daily with KPI variances and root-cause analysis for timely corrective actions.
• Maintain scorecards, dashboards, and operational trackers for real-time visibility into vendor health.
• Coordinate onboarding, milestones, and off-boarding with BPO partners and escalate complex issues.
• Support QA and training programs through nesting coordination and trend reporting.
• Contribute to cross-team Vendor Management strategy projects and stakeholder reviews.
