Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Operations Enablement manager to scale servicing experiences across the organization. You will translate strategy into action, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure readiness and measurable outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive cross-functional initiatives tied to strategic priorities, and apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance while managing change and training across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations with ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Own program and team performance across cross-functional initiatives.
• Define program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
