Vision Group’s LASIK MD Calgary clinic is seeking a patient-focused receptionist/clerical staff member to support pre- and post-operative care. You will work with ophthalmology professionals and help manage patient flow, scheduling, and records in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a permanent full-time role with medical support and growth opportunities, including cross-training for reception duties and chance to contribute to patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in health care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist during pre-op exams and fill patient charts accurately.
• Answer patients' questions and ensure the best service.
• Work closely with Optometrists.
