About the role

You are a phenomenal teammate who thrives on delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing, HVAC system supervision, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and building automation systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive at all times. You will also have the opportunity to work on capital improvement projects and continue learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

  • You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.
  • You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard‑working team.
  • You are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve processes.
  • Ability to multitask and be responsive to time‑critical tasks.
  • Support daily operation and monitoring of base building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life‑safety, and BAS.
  • Conduct routine building inspections and report deficiencies in accordance with the Operations Manager's requirements.
  • Respond to tenant service requests and work orders with a strong focus on professionalism and User Experience.
  • Maintain accurate operational logs, checklists, and documentation as required by Operations Manager and site procedures.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with corrective maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and security protocols.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and participate in on‑call rotations as required.
  • Coordinate and escort contractors through secure areas as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1&2 or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.
