• Build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and subcontractors.

• Supervise and support frontline employees across multiple client sites
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks

• Previous experience in operations supervision, site management, health and safety, or a related role
• Working knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel regularly between sites using a company vehicle
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and consistently work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday
