Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations coordination, service administration, or a hybrid operational role.
• Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or pricing summaries.
• Exposure to invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residential customer quotations and ensure pricing aligns with inputs and margin targets.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy and track job costs, billing, and weekly sales performance.
• Coordinate installer schedules, workflows, and service delivery timelines for a team of four.
• Manage inventory, liaise with vendors, and support equipment and vehicle maintenance tracking.
• Maintain contracts, CRM sales pipeline data, and internal policies to keep systems organized.
