Edon is anticipating growth in the Red Deer area and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager. This role will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including building systems, maintenance programs, and contract performance. You’ll play a central role in delivering day-to-day operational excellence across facilities and ensuring compliance with Edon’s standards and client expectations.

Important Note: Applicants must reside in the Red Deer area to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and subcontracted services.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge with CMMS and BMCS systems.
  • Holds a 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate of Competency. Accredited designations such as RPA, CPM, or FMA are an asset.
