Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Engagement Manager to bridge sales and delivery during customer onboarding and implementation. You will articulate our onboarding approach, align stakeholders, and guide projects from presales through go-live, ensuring clarity and confidence.

With 7+ years in professional services, you will translate complex processes for executive and operational audiences, manage delivery progress, and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and predictable execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services or client-facing implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial tech.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to exec and ops audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and aligning stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent MaintainX’s professional services in presales and explain onboarding methodology.
• Lead customer discovery to propose clear implementation plans.
• Oversee transition from sales to implementation with defined scope and timelines.
• Monitor delivery progress and facilitate cross-team communication.
• Proactively manage changes and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
• Measure success by adoption and alignment with expectations.
