Job summary

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Coordinator, Operations for a 12-month contract to support day-to-day Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate workflows, and assist with GNFR and system reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of post-university work experience.
• Confident and effective communication (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations through communication, issue resolution, priority management, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor operational workflows to support SLAs, productivity targets, and customer commitments.
• Support GNFR inventory management, including ordering, replenishment, tracking, and distribution of operational supplies.
• Assist in inventory control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and inventory adjustments.
• Assist with bi-monthly inventory counts and the annual eCommerce inventory count, ensuring accurate reporting and timely issue resolution.
• Assist with inventory movements, return-to-vendor processes, and transfers between locations.
• Support system reconciliation between WMS and SAP, investigating and resolving transaction failures and data discrepancies.
