Holt Renfrew is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 12-month contract at our Etobicoke location. You will support Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth processes across the network.

Responsibilities include GNFR management, cycle counts, WMS/SAP reconciliation, and developing operational reports. Strong communication, adaptability, and analytical skills are essential to drive service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of post-university work experience.
  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Supply Chain/Logistics or Business qualification desirable.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Highly service-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Team player with interpersonal awareness across cultures.
  • Proven analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations through communication, issue resolution, priority management and reporting.
  • Coordinate and monitor workflows to meet SLAs, productivity targets, and customer commitments.
  • Support GNFR inventory management including ordering, replenishment, tracking and distribution.
  • Assist inventory control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancies.
  • Assist bi-monthly and annual eCommerce inventory counts with accurate reporting.
  • Assist with inventory movements, returns, and transfers between locations.
  • Support system reconciliation between WMS and SAP and resolve data exceptions.
  • Maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor performance and accuracy.
  • Support peak periods, special projects, and invoice processing.
  • Update SOPs and training documentation.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with Health & Safety policies and requirements.

This role provides support across warehouse operations, inventory control, GNFR management, operational reporting, invoice processing and system reconciliation activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and operational partners, the Coordinator helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports bi-monthly and annual inventory counts, assists in resolving operational and system exceptions between WMS and SAP, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity, and operational effectiveness across the distribution network.**Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:*** Support day-to-day Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations through communication, issue resolution, priority management, and operational reporting.* Coordinate and monitor operational workflows to support service level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and customer commitments.* Support the management of GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) inventory, including ordering, replenishment, tracking, and distribution of operational supplies.* Support inventory control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and inventory adjustments.* Assist in the execution of bi-monthly inventory counts and the annual eCommerce inventory count, ensuring accurate reporting and timely issue resolution.* Assist with inventory movements, return-to-vendor processes, and transfers between locations.* Support system reconciliation activities between WMS and SAP, including investigating and resolving transaction failures, inventory discrepancies, and data exceptions to maintain inventory accuracy and operational continuity.* Maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor performance, inventory accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.* Support peak periods and special projects through operational coordination, reporting, and administrative support.* Support Supply Chain invoice processing, ensuring accurate coding, timely approvals, and submission.* Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.* Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational processes, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.* Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.* Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.* Perform other duties as assigned.**The ideal candidate:*** Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience* 1-2 years of post-university work experience* Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Supply Chain/Logistics or Business qualification is desirable.* Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change* Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills* Team player that works well under pressure* Strong interpersonal and social skills and awareness – across cultural boundaries* Proven analytical skills#SSCSJ*Holt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
