The role blends FP&A fundamentals with business partnering and decision support. Applicants should have a post-secondary degree and at least two years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities including accruals and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for operating expenses.
• Develop and maintain financial models, outlooks and KPI reports.
• Partner with eCommerce, Operations and Finance leaders to inform decisions.
