The Coordinator, Operations defines the luxury lifestyle shopping experience through building lasting relationships with customers and partners by ensuring proper operational support processes are in place to efficiently service stores, and end customers. The Coordinator, Operations (12 month contract) plays a key role in supporting day-to-day Distribution Centre and Store 14 eCommerce operations, helping to ensure inventory, systems, and operational processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This role provides support across warehouse operations, inventory control, GNFR management, operational reporting, invoice processing and system reconciliation activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and operational partners, the Coordinator helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports bi-monthly and annual inventory counts, assists in resolving operational and system exceptions between WMS and SAP, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity, and operational effectiveness across the distribution network. The ideal candidate: Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience 1-2 years of post-university work experience Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Supply Chain/Logistics or Business qualification is desirable. Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills Team player that works well under pressure Strong interpersonal and social skills and awareness – across cultural boundaries Proven analytical skills #SSCSJ
