Job summary

Desjardins Ontario Credit Union is seeking an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience for a temporary 14-month period. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on helping members with financial empowerment, promoting Desjardins products, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

You will support and advise members on banking transactions, identify opportunities, and refer complex needs to colleagues while staying current with standards and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• High school diploma in a related field.
• Bilingual French and English communication.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.
• Ability to enter data in systems.
• Knowledge of security measures and internal controls.
• Knowledge of convenience services products and services.
• Knowledge of operating procedures for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications.
• Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and refer to the appropriate partners.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
