Desjardins Ontario Credit Union is seeking a member/client experience advisory agent for a 12-month temporary, on-site role. You will help members with transactions, explain digital tools, promote Desjardins products, and ensure a welcoming, secure experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and bilingual French/English communication. You will stay informed on new products, adhere to compliance standards, and contribute to business

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with transactions and explain digital tools and apps.
• Promote Desjardins products and services across channels.
• Refer members to colleagues for specialized needs.
• Comply with security, risk management and standards.
