Desjardins Ontario Credit Union is seeking an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience for a temporary 14-month, full-time on-site position. You will help members with transactions, promote Desjardins products and deliver personalized financial solutions.

The role requires French and English communication, at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and adherence to security and compliance standards while supporting digital tools and fraud prevention.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services is a plus.
• Ability to enter data accurately and follow security procedures.
