Job summary

Desjardins Ontario Credit Union seeks a member/client experience advisory agent for a temporary 12‑month, on‑call position. The role is full‑time on site and requires strong bilingual communication to help members feel welcome and supported with their banking needs.

You will promote Desjardins products and services, assist with transactions, identify opportunities, and refer complex cases to colleagues while staying current on standards, compliance, and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
• Comfort with digital tools and transactions and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with banking transactions and product information.
• Promote Desjardins products and services and refer complex needs to colleagues.
• Support business development through service delivery and relationship management.
• Handle fraud or irregularities by directing to appropriate partners.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards, products, and security practices.
