Job summary

Desjardins Technology Group in Ontario is seeking a member and client experience advisory agent for a five-month temporary, full-time on-site role. You will help members with banking transactions, welcome them, listen to needs, and promote Desjardins products and services.

You will identify opportunities, refer to specialists, support digital tools, ensure compliant and secure transactions, and stay informed about standards and offerings. Bilingual French and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Understanding of security measures and internal controls.
• Interest in financial services cooperatives.
• Equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inform members about digital tools and apps that help them transact.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Refer members to colleagues for specialized needs.
• Stay updated on the latest standards, products and services in your field.

• Assist members who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer appropriately.
