You’ll identify business opportunities, refer to colleagues, and stay informed about security and compliance. The role emphasizes digital tools and fraud prevention, with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services preferred.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Understanding of security measures and internal controls.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by explaining tools and applications for transactions.
