Job summary

Desjardins Ontario Credit Union is seeking a full-time on-site member/client experience advisory agent in Canada. You will support members with banking transactions, promote products, and provide personalized solutions while upholding cooperative values.

You’ll identify opportunities, refer complex needs, and advise on digital tools and safety. Ideal candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, strong French and English communication, and knowledge of Desjardins services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication in French and English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members and distribution networks.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Understanding of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.
• Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about tools and apps for transactions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Assist members who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer to appropriate partners.
• Stay up to date with standards, products and services in the field.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
