Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services is a plus.
• French language required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.
• Ability to enter data in systems.
• Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.
• Understanding of cooperative financial services philosophy.
• Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and automated transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with banking transactions and inquiries.
