Avana Developments Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical assistance for employees, deploy and maintain IT equipment, and resolve common hardware and software issues.

This is an in-office, Regina-based position with standard business hours; remote work is not available. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, support Microsoft 365 and other business applications, document incidents, and support IT projects while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT support, helpdesk or similar experience.
• Post-secondary education in IT, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux, Microsoft 365 and business apps.
• Basic understanding of networking, user accounts, permissions, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via helpdesk.
• Document, respond to, and resolve support tickets.
• Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and software permissions.
• Onboard new employees and offboard exiting staff.
• Maintain IT asset records and follow security standards.
