Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced IT Support professional in Saskatoon to provide high-quality end-user support across the organization. The role involves configuring hardware, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with regional and corporate IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will work in a Microsoft Windows environment with Office 365, SCCM, and enterprise ITIL/SOX processes, supporting multiple offices and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of related experience.
• Technical degree, diploma or certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in IT service delivery and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, customer focused support with professionalism and follow-through.
• Configure and reconfigure hardware, including workstations and printers.
• Resolve end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues with escalation when needed.
• Own technology support for assigned offices and staff, coordinating with IT teams.
• Maintain accurate records for all support requests.
• Communicate issue status and next steps to users and stakeholders.
