Job summary

Aplin is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to employees across the business in Winnipeg. You will troubleshoot issues, set up computers and equipment, and provide on-site support as needed.

The role includes working with vendors, managing day-to-day technical questions, and occasional local travel within the city. Apost-post-secondary IT education and 2+ years of experience are preferred, along with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while staying organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel within the city (10%).
