Job summary

iBITS Canada is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our Saskatoon team, providing on-site and remote support for clients. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems while supporting Microsoft 365 environments and using MSP tools to track tickets and monitor systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support for clients in a service provider environment.
• Proficient in administering Microsoft 365 and security configurations.
• Familiarity with MSP tools (MSP Manager, N-able) and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, security).
• Use MSP tools to manage tickets, monitor systems, and document work.
• Perform system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and incidents.
