InterPro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This tactical role is a primary advisor to mill Superintendents and first line leaders, delivering coaching and guidance on people strategies to drive manufacturing success.

You will develop and implement training programs, ensure policy alignment, and help build a strong talent pipeline for technical roles while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, organizational development, management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfort working in a heavy industrial mill/manufacturing environment.
• Mature, collaborative, hands on, and tactically focused leader.
• Organized, communicative and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as an HRBP to mill Superintendents, General Supervisors and first line leaders.
• Provide advice, counsel and coaching on all matters relating to human capital.
• Develop, manage and enhance training and development programs.
• Support policy application and consistency across site.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for technical roles.
• Foster a collaborative culture and drive HR priorities aligned to business strategy.
