Gap Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate in Canada to welcome customers, educate on product, and deliver inspirational styling experiences.

You’ll use product knowledge to inform, outfit customers, and educate them on loyalty programs while contributing to a seamless omni-channel experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing fitting rooms and checkout, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of job readiness training at one of Gap Inc’s nonprofit partners.
• Effective communication with customers and team members using technology.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to the customer, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, back of house, processes as required.
• Courteous and responsive to internal/external requests.
• Exchange and verifies job related information to provide support.
