Job summary

AMPRA IMMIGRATION INC. is seeking an Office Manager to handle administrative operations at our London, ON location. This on-site role supports daily office activities, budget oversight, payroll tasks, and staff supervision in a private sector setting.

The position requires a college certificate or diploma (1–2 years) and offers full-time permanent employment with health and other benefits. Must be able to work at the 1700 Dundas Street address and coordinate with team members.

Qualifications

  • College certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Assist in operating budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Train staff.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
