Job summary

An established staffing agency in Toronto is looking for an Office Clerk to handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and maintain office systems. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, including data entry and proficiency in office tasks. This is an onsite position with a duration of 6+ months.

Job Title: Office Clerk – Proficient
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months

Key Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
  • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

Must-have
  • 1-4 years administrative/customer service-related experience
  • Account transfers experience, Banking industry Experience
  • Office experience; data entry; experience on the phone

Nice-to-have
  • Industry experience and business function knowledge
