Our core values include Integrity, Improvement, Caring, Authenticity, and Determination. We are looking for an Administrator who will work closely with customers and showroom teams, balancing 50% customer-facing duties with 50% administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers and be approachable as their first point of contact.
  • Field incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Assist in administrative duties to run store operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support Team to provide timely, proactive service and support.
  • Take initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer’s experience feel personal.
  • Build relationships and maintain strong rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to thrive independently.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience managing customer conflict and escalation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be available for additional shifts on Sun or Mon if required for business needs.
Requirements

The Administrator will support customers with inquiries over the phone or in person. The successful candidate should be able to type at least 40 words per minute and have strong attention to detail, as duties include collecting payments. The role requires being process-driven and comfortable with computer applications. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Schedule

Compensation: $23.30/hour

Schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Must be available for additional shifts on Sunday or Monday if required for business needs.
