A major appliance retailer in Langford is seeking an Administrator to provide excellent customer service and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Administrator will support customers with inquiries over the phone or in person. The successful candidate should be able to type at least 40 words per minute and have strong attention to detail, as duties include collecting payments. The role requires being process-driven and comfortable with computer applications. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.
Compensation: $23.30/hour
Schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Must be available for additional shifts on Sunday or Monday if required for business needs.
