Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education an asset.
• Must have exceptional English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily staffing of the Nursing Department.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Arrange daily call-in staffing and update the Master Schedule.
• Communicate overtime approvals and attendance/absenteeism to the Director of Care.
