Job summary

AgeCare Ltd. is recruiting a Nursing Unit Clerk on behalf of Generations Toronto to coordinate daily staffing in the Nursing Department and help maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

The role includes updating the Master Schedule, arranging replacements, obtaining overtime approvals, and maintaining attendance records. CPR certification is a plus and Canadian work experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain CPR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing of the Nursing Department.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Update the Master Schedule and daily staffing compliments and obtain overtime approvals from the Director of Care.
