Job summary

TST-CF Express is seeking an experienced Dock Supervisor for our Edmonton Service Centre. The role reports to the Terminal Manager and focuses on supervising dock operations, routing, and on-time departures during a 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. shift.

You will coordinate loading/unloading, support warehouse and logistics, and handle customer escalations while maintaining OH&S standards and meeting daily targets. Experience in transportation is essential, forklift knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or operational roles.
• Forklift knowledge is an asset.
• AS400 experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Dock operations.
• Ensure routing and planning of delivery routes.
• Oversee loading and unloading; ensure on-time departures.
• Plan and coordinate LTL shipments; provide warehouse/logistics support.
• Handle customer escalations and communicate issues to management.
