Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience within the Royal Canada Navy or similar national naval service.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage own tasks independently.
• Work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work Permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and execute naval training system solutions.
• Research developments in the maritime industry.
• Apply knowledge of the RCN to support complex training solutions.
• Perform trade studies to select training solutions.
• Identify and analyze risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain Training & Test Procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of CFITES or similar SAT

Knowledge of CAF Military Employment Structure

Modern training techniques and technologies

Extensive experience within the RCN

Presentation and communication skills

Ability to use Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work in team environments

Strong organizational skills
