• 10+ years of Specialized Real Estate placement, broking or practice expertise preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.
• Technical knowledge of underwriting domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the growth of Gallagher’s Real Estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly Practice Leader calls to educate colleagues.
