Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in industrial or chemical environments.
• Ontario Security Guard License is mandatory.
• First Aid & CPR (Level C) certification is required.
• Experience in Emergency Response is needed.
• Strong Administrative Skill Set.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security activities across multiple sites.
• Draft and update site-specific security post orders.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess security performance.
