Job summary

RED Mountain Resort BC is seeking a Line Cook for the 2026/27 Winter Season, reporting to the Chef. You will be integral to our culinary operations, preparing dishes to standard recipes, maintaining quality and presentation, and ensuring health and safety compliance in a fast-paced mountain kitchen.

We value passion for food, teamwork, and guest experience, with opportunities to contribute ideas for specials and new menu items in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of culinary experience, resort or hotel preferred.
• A culinary diploma or actively pursuing one is an asset.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for culinary craft and guest experience.
• Food Safe Level 1 certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes according to standard recipes and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and service timing.
• Ensure station meets health and safety standards.
• Support culinary team during busy service periods.
• Handle dietary and allergy requests with care and precision.
