Sun Peaks Resort is hiring Line Cook for Annex/Sunburst for Winter 2026/27. The role involves cooking, food preparation, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting at Sun Peaks. You will work with a team to support service timing and menu execution.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of culinary experience, 1 year of production/banquet exposure, and a Food Safe Level 1 certificate. Seasonal incentives and employee perks are available, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• 1 year of production and banquet experience preferred.
• Pursuing culinary career or Red Seal Certification.
• Food Safe Level 1 certification held.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food on assigned station following recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain health and safety standards and keep station clean.
• Open/close procedures for assigned station and adhere to SOPs.
• Assist in training culinary team on standard recipes and procedures.
