About the role: Member Service Assistant

As a Member Service Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth entry and exit processes, monitoring warehouse security, and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Greeting members at the entrance with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Verifying membership cards and ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Conducting hourly safety and security checks inside and outside the warehouse, including monitoring perimeter activity.
• Checking member receipts at the exit to validate purchases and prevent discrepancies.
• Reporting any suspicious activity and following security protocols for store safety.
• Assisting members with directions, shopping carts, and loading merchandise when needed.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to monitor store security effectively.

Requirements / Skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to handle security incidents professionally
