Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience; other combinations may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Customer-focused, tech-savvy and compliant with security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support members and clients by explaining tools and applications for self-service transactions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships through service delivery.
• Assist with fraud or irregularity incidents and refer to appropriate partners.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
