Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• French language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Understanding of security measures and internal controls.
• Familiarity with fraud handling and prevention.

Responsibilities
