Job summary

Desjardins Group seeks a dedicated on-site Member/Client Experience Advisory Agent in Quebec. You will warmly welcome members, listen to needs, and provide guidance to empower their financial decisions. Promote Desjardins products while using digital tools to enhance service and security.

You’ll ensure smooth transactions, support risk and compliance standards, and refer complex matters to the right specialists while contributing to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate (AMF) required.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate English due to duties and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist members/clients with banking transactions and explain products.
• Promote Desjardins products and services across channels.
• Advise on digital tools and solutions for safe, efficient banking.
• Identify business opportunities and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Handle fraud or irregularities and connect to appropriate partners.
