Desjardins is hiring a member/client advisory agent in Quebec to assist members and clients with banking transactions and digital tools. You will promote Desjardins products across channels and identify opportunities while referring complex needs to colleagues.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will support fraud response, stay current with standards and services, and ensure compliance with security and risk controls. French language proficiency is required for service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to enter data accurately in Desjardins systems.
• Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services and cooperative financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with banking transactions and digital tools.
• Promote Desjardins products and services across channels.
• Identify business opportunities and refer to specialists.
• Provide fraud and security support and route to appropriate partners.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
• Help ensure compliance, security and risk management rules.
