You will identify opportunities, refer more complex questions to specialists, and stay on top of latest products, standards and security rules to ensure a smooth, compliant experience for members and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with banking transactions and digital tools.
• Identify business opportunities and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support fraud or irregularity issues and coordinate with partners.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
