Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients: you shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls, testing creative, optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and telling the story behind the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
