Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls and driving optimization. This role focuses on paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads) with a result-driven mindset and strong client communication in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with campaign-level storytelling.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
