Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling, serving as the strategic voice in client meetings.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and attribution, and guide 90-day roadmaps to grow client relationships and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready results.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
