Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. Lead targeting, budget calls, and the client narrative; be the strategic voice in meetings and make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, plus budget and bidding decisions, tracking and attribution, and the client roadmap. Remote role for Canada/USA/other regions with agency growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers behind them.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationship building.
