Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, allocate budgets, and tell the client the narrative behind the numbers during calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and drive long-term client growth while maintaining clear communication with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, including building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term partnerships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
