Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an experienced Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice on calls, shaping the roadmap and narrative behind the numbers.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creatives, and ensure accurate tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate performance.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
