Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budgets, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice and decisive leader.

In this remote, full-time role you will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and shape the 90-day roadmaps for each client. Clear English with US clients on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with real examples.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
